1. General Information

Kala Hats is a custom hat atelier offering handcrafted, bespoke headwear. Each piece is individually created and styled by our in-house maestro.

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Custom Design Process

All Kala Hats pieces are custom-designed and handcrafted.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Customers provide inspiration, preferences, colors, themes, or vision only.

  • The final artistic direction, styling, detailing, and execution are exclusively designed by Kala Hats' maestro.

  • Creative interpretation remains at the sole discretion of Kala Hats.

Kala Hats retains full creative control over design execution to ensure artistic integrity and brand standards.

We do not replicate third-party copyrighted designs, logos, or trademarked materials without authorization.

3. Artistic Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, embellishments, styling compositions, and creative concepts produced by Kala Hats remain the intellectual property of Kala Hats.

Customers may not:

  • Reproduce the design commercially

  • Manufacture duplicates

  • Resell the design concept to third parties

Kala Hats reserves the right to photograph and use finished pieces for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments

We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Kala Hats is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing providers or banks.

5. Production & Delivery

As each piece is handcrafted, production times vary depending on complexity and volume.

Estimated production times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Kala Hats is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Import duties or taxes imposed by destination countries

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and bespoke nature of our products:

  • All custom-made items are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders.

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence.

7. Order Modifications

Once production has begun, modifications cannot be guaranteed. Any requested changes may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kala Hats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Customers are responsible for proper care and storage of their handcrafted hats.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
